Course overview
Scrum Fundamentals is a foundation program for project leads, functional managers and professionals responsible for delivery. It is designed for people who need to move beyond awareness and apply project management capability in real work. The course connects scope discipline, planning, risk, stakeholders, governance and delivery reporting to the decisions, documents and conversations participants face in their roles. Participants work through practical scenarios, management examples and structured templates so the learning can be transferred back into daily routines. The program can be delivered as self-paced learning over 4 hours, with 4 modules, knowledge checks and a completion assessment. The outcome is not only course completion.
